Coming from an outdoor background, his passion for ropes and height brought Leo Rivas Dominguez to the rope access and work at height industry, for the last 15+ years.

Working with Petzl as a distributor in Venezuela, Chile and Peru gave him the opportunity to meet, share, collaborate, and learn from many specialists. PPE inspection is a topic that inspires him since 2010, when he first certified as "Competent Person for PPE inspection for fall arrest systems", by Petzl at Vaxess - France. Leo has maintained current, competent and improving in the topic through re-assesments in Colombia, Chile and United States, and frequently delivering PPE Inspection Module and workshops.
